Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 2 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1 1/2 Tsp Baking powder

Preparation
Step 1
Put butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a bowl and beat until smooth.
Step 2
Add in flour and baking powder. Stir until just moistened.
Step 3
Cover and chill for 2 hours or overnight.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Step 5
Grease or line cookie sheet. Remove dough from fridge.
Step 6
Place dough by handful on lightly floured surface. Roll to about 3 mm thick. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes.
Step 7
Place on cookie sheets and bake for about 10 minutes
