Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Apples - peeled, sliced
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 4 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Flour
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Step 2
Sprinkle lemon juice over cut apples to prevent turning brown.
Step 3
Place half the butter in a round or square casserole dish. Place in oven to melt.
Step 4
Remove dish from oven. Coat all sides with melted butter. Place apples evenly in the dish.
Step 5
In a bowl, combine eggs, flour, milk and salt. Beat until smooth. Pour into casserole dish over apples.
Step 6
In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apple mixture.
Step 7
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until puffy and golden.
