Ingredients
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 t Baking Powder
- 1 t Salt
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 2 T Cocoa Powder
- 1 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 t Vanilla Extract
- 2 T melted Oleo
- Sprinkling Mixture:
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder

Preparation
Step 1
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cocoa. Sift 2 more times. Combine Milk, vanilla and oleo.
Step 2
Combine ingredients and beat smooth. Add 1/2 cup nuts. Spread in buttered 6 cup casserole dish. Mix brown sugar and cocoa and sprinkle over battter. Pour 1 1/2 cups of boiling water over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min. Serve warm.
