- 60 Gram Butter (2 1/2 oz)
- 4 Tablespoon Honey
- 75 Gram Flaked almonds (3 oz)

Melt the butter in a heavy-based saucepan, stir in the honey and almonds and cook over a medium heat, stirring continuously, for 7 minutes, until the mixture is golden brown.
Spread the mixture in a greased 20 cm (8 inch) square tin and cut into squares at once with a sharp greased knife. Leave to cool, chill in the fridge then store in a covered container.
