  • 1 c. brown sugar, or sucanat*
  • 1/4 c. oil (3T. olive oil)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped (optional)

Step 1

Mix together first four ingredients. Then add remaining ingredients & mix well. Spread into greased 8”x8” baking dish. Bake at 350 for approx. 20 min. Do not over bake. *if using sucanat, add 2 t. water. Enjoy!

Add chocolate chips optionally.
