Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, sliced in half
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • 4 slices ham
  • 1/2 c bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 350 and coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.

Step 2

pound out chicken breasts until they are thin but not transparent.

Step 3

Coat insides of chicken with salt, pepper, cheese and ham. Roll up and secure with toothpick or twine.
Dry each piece of chicken with a piece of paper towel, and then sear on high heat in a pan.

Step 4

Place chicken in baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature 170* celsius, slice and serve immediately.
