Peanut Butter Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspooon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 3 4 cups all-purpose flour

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

In a stand mixer, combine eggs, sugar and peanut butter, and mix until even consistency is reached.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine flour, salt and baking powder. Add to wet mixture, in small batches on low speed, to ensure batter is completely mixed.

Step 4

Pour batter into greased 9-x-5-inch loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean.
