Ingredients
- 1 sweet onion chopped
- 1 C chanterelle mushrooms chopped
- 1/4 C butter
- 1/4 C flour
- 2 t curry powder
- 3 C water
- 1 T chicken bullion
- 5 C pumpkin puree
- 2 T honey
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1 can evaporated milk

Preparation
Step 1
Sautee onions and mushrooms in butter. Add curry powder and flour stir until bubbly.
Step 2
Add broth and bring to boil until thickened.
Step 3
Add pumpkin, honey, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and milk. Heat through.
