Ingredients
- 1 lb Bean Sprouts
- 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Marinade
- 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- less than 1 tsp Cornstarch
- Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
- 1/2 lb Noodles
- 1 lb Bok Choy
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 1 Green Onion
- Oil (for frying)

Preparation
Step 1
Clean bean sprouts.
Step 2
Cut chicken into strips. Marinate 20-25 min.
Step 3
Wash and cut vegetables. Fry noodles in oil until golden brown.
Step 4
Brown the meat with oil and onion.
Step 5
Cook remaining vegetables (except green onion), for bok choy add water and cover.
Step 6
Mix all ingredients in wok.
