Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
- 3/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 lb Boneless pork loin chops, pounded thin
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 Cup Marsala Wine

Preparation
Step 1
Mix powders, add pork, toss.
Step 2
Heat butter and oil (on med). Cook until browned and add garlic.
Step 3
Stir in wine. Cover and simmer on med heat until sauce thickens (about 15 min).
