Ingredients
- 3 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Marinade
- 2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Cooking Wine/Dry Sherry
- 3 Drops Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 Tbso Water
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
- Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1/8-1/4 Cup White Vinegar/Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Cornstarch
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Chili Paste
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 3 1/2 Cups Peanut Oil
- 2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Mix marinade. Marinate chicken for 20-39 min.
Step 2
Mix sauce.Bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Keep warm on low while deep-frying chicken.
Step 3
Add marinated chicken pieces a few at a time, and deep-fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and place chicken in warm oven while frying remaining chicken.
Step 4
While deep-frying, bring sauce to a boil. Place chicken on platter and cover in sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
