1 cup of butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together butter and sugar.
Add the egg and vanilla and beat well.
Add flour, oatmeal, salt and baking soda.
Drop in heaped teaspoonfuls on parchment lined cookie tray.
Bake at 350F for 10 -12 minutes
