Ingredients
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 beaten egg white
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1-1/4 lb. yukon gold or russet potatoes
Preparation
Step 1
HEAT oven to 425°F.
Mix cheese, egg white and 3/4 tsp. garlic salt in large bowl.
Cut potatoes into wedges; toss in egg white mixture to coat. Spread onto greased baking sheet.
BAKE approximately 55 min turning potatoes as needed
