Ingredients
- 5 slices Thick European bread_cut into 1” cubes
- 6 Eggs
- 1 C. Milk
- 1 340 g. tub President’s Choice Creamy Cheddar & Bacon Dip
- 1 C. Peaches and cream corn
- ½ C. Cheddar cheese_grated
- Greased 13 X 9” glass baking dish

Preparation
Step 1
Place bread on baking sheet to dry at room temperature for at least 10 minutes
Step 2
Layer half the bread into the prepared dish
Step 3
Whisk eggs, milk and dip and pour HALF of mixture over bread
Step 4
Sprinkle with corn and HALF the cheese.
Step 5
Top with remaining bread and egg mixture.
Step 6
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese
Step 7
Cover with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes
Step 8
Preheat oven to 350°
Step 9
Remove plastic wrap and bake 40 minutes or until the top is golden and a knife in the centre comes out clean
Step 10
Let stand 10 minutes
