- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 5 packages softened cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 f. Mix crumbs with 3 tbsp sugar and butter. Press firmly onto baking pan.(13x9)
Bake 10 minutes
Step 2
Beat cream cheese, 1c sugar, flour and vanilla with electric mixer on medium.
Step 3
Add sour cream and mix well.
Add eggs individually. Mix on low until blended
Pour over crust.
Step 4
Bake 40 minutes or until centre is set. Cool completely. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
