Ingredients

  • 1-2 round steak
  • 1 T paprika
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 t garlic salt or powder
  • 1-2 cans beef brith
  • 1 cups chopped green onions
  • 2 T corn starch
  • 1/4 each water and soy sauce
  • 2 large tomatoes (cut in eighths)
  • 3-5 cups cooked rice

Preparation

Step 1

Cut meat into strips. Add paprika.

Step 2

Brown meat in butter in a dutch oven.

Step 3

Add garlic and broth. Simmer 30 minutes.

Step 4

Stir in onions and green pepper.

Step 5

Cook 5 minutes.

Step 6

Blend cornstarch, water, and soy sauce.

Step 7

Stir in. Cook 2 minutes.

Step 8

Add tomatoes.

Step 9

Serve over cooked rice.
