Ingredients
- 1-2 round steak
- 1 T paprika
- 2 T butter
- 1 t garlic salt or powder
- 1-2 cans beef brith
- 1 cups chopped green onions
- 2 T corn starch
- 1/4 each water and soy sauce
- 2 large tomatoes (cut in eighths)
- 3-5 cups cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
Cut meat into strips. Add paprika.
Step 2
Brown meat in butter in a dutch oven.
Step 3
Add garlic and broth. Simmer 30 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in onions and green pepper.
Step 5
Cook 5 minutes.
Step 6
Blend cornstarch, water, and soy sauce.
Step 7
Stir in. Cook 2 minutes.
Step 8
Add tomatoes.
Step 9
Serve over cooked rice.
