Ingredients
- 2 cups flour (sifted)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix and sift dry ingredients; add egg yolks, milk, and oil which have been thoroughly mixed; and fold in stiffly beaten eggs.
Step 2
Pour onto the center of a hot and well greased waffle iron. Bake until evenly browned and crisped.
