Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 1 can sweet condensed milk
  • 4 tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1 lb brown sugar firmly packed

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together into a heavy saucepan and bring to boiling point. Turn to medium low heat and cook at least 25 minutes stirring constantly. Burns easy so must be stirred throughout the cooking. Candy will be really thick and brown when ready to turn into buttered pans. Cool completely and cut.
