Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups scalded milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 yeast packages
  • 1/2 cup lukewarm water
  • 4 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar, yeast, lukewarm water and salt, combine with milk. Beat and add 2 eggs to mixture. Add 4 heaping cups of flour and mix.

Step 2

Let rise once. Mold and place in pan. Let rise again. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.
