Ingredients
- 1 Box Macaroni, cooked and drained
- 6C Cheddar Cheese
- 2T Mustard Powder
- 2T Butter
- 3T Flour
- 3T + 1 1/2 C Milk
- Pinch each of Salt & Pepper
- 1T Garlic Powder
- Topping
- Bread, cubed
- 1 stick butter melted
- Chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Butter your baking dish and set aside.
Step 2
Whisk Flour and 3T Milk in a saucepan then add remaining Milk, Mustard Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper. When thickened, add 4C Cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy then pour over cooked macaroni and mix well.
Step 3
Pour about half of the macaroni and cheese into your baking dish, cover with a layer of cheese, then add the remaining macaroni and cheese and once again cover with the last cup of shredded cheese.
Step 4
Make the Topping by cutting bread into small cubes. Mix the bread cubes with melted butter and parsley. Place this evenly on top of the macaroni and cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is nice and bubbly.
