Serve this delicious lasagna with a fresh salad and warm Italian bread or Garlic Bread.

Ingredients
- 1 box Lasagna noodles cooked and drained
- 2T Olive Oil
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 carton ricotta cheese
- 3C shredded Mozzarella plus 1 ball fresh mozzarella
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce or 3C Tomato Sauce
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 2T minced Garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Parmesan Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350'. Butter a 13x9 baking dish and set aside.
Step 2
Boil your lasagna noodles then drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat the olive oil and cook the onion about 7 minutes or until they are see through. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking up into small bits. Add the sauce and garlic.
Step 3
Cover bottom of pan with some sauce, then start layering the lasagne, sauce, Ricotta, Shredded Mozzarella, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese then repeat. The top layer will be noodles, sauce, and parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Slice the mozzarella ball and cover the lasagne with the slices. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
