  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 ¼ cups AP flour
  • 1 box chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
  • ¾ cups white chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

Beat butter and sugars until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.

Step 3

In separate bowl, mix flour, pudding, baking soda and salt.

Step 4

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing well.

Step 5

Drop cookies by teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets.

Step 6

Bake for 8-12 minutes, do not over-bake. Cookies should have a chewy texture and will harden if overcooked.

You can substitute anything you'd like for the chocolate chips. Try M&M's, chopped Andes mints, even nuts.
