Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 lb. confectioner's sugar
  • 1 18 oz. jar peanut butter
  • 12 oz. bag of semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 oz. bag milk chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Beat butter, sugar, peanut butter and form into 1 inch balls. Place on wax paper on a cookie sheet.

Step 2

Freeze for 1 hour.

Step 3

Melt 2 bags of chips in microwave, stirring every 2 minutes, until melted.

Step 4

Dip in the chocolate and place on wax paper until set.
