Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups cooking oil
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Beat together oil and white sugar for 5 minutes. In a separate bowl stir together the dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to the oil mixture, alternately with eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add grated carrots and walnuts. Mix. Turn into a greased tubed pan and bake at 325 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
