Ingredients
- 1 - pumpkin (2 C. puree pumpkin)
- 2 - eggs
- 3/4 C. - Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. - Salt
- 1 tsp. - Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. - Ginger
- 1/4 tsp. - Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. - cloves
- 1 can - sweetened condensed milk (evaporated)

Preparation
Step 1
Cut pumpkin into wedges and pressure cook or boil until skins peel. Remove skins. Put pumpkin in blender and mix.
Step 2
Take 2 cups. of purée pumpkin and mix with all other ingredients. Mix well. Pour into ready crust pie shell.
Step 3
Put in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
