Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 8 oz pkg light cream cheese, softened
- 1 c light sour cream
- 2 T taco seasoning mix
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c pitted ripe olives, chopped
- 2 T fresh cilantro, snipped
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 c onions, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Spread refried beans over bottom of 8" or 9" baking dish. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, and garlic; mix well; spread over bean layer. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Step 2
Bake 15-18 minutes at 350 degrees.
Step 3
Let sit 5-10 minutes. Garnish with tomato, onions, olives, and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
