Ingredients
- Single pie crust, unbaked
- 2 c cooked or canned pumpkin
- 2/3 c brown sugar
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t each: ginger, nutmeg, cloves, salt
- 3/4 c milk
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c heavy cream or canned evaporated milk
- 1/4 c brandy
Preparation
Step 1
Line pie plate with crust.
Step 2
Combine pumpkin, sugar, spices in mixing bowl. Then beat in liquids.
Step 3
Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
Step 4
Serve with whipped cream or topping. Cut and serve.
