- 2 c cooked or canned pumpkin
- 2/3 c brown sugar
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t each: ginger, nutmeg, cloves, salt
- 3/4 c milk
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c heavy cream or canned evaporated milk
- 1/4 c brandy
