Ingredients

  • 1 1/4# ground beef
  • 2 3-oz pk instant Ramen noodles, Oriental flavor
  • 2 C frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 t ground ginger
  • 2 T green onions, thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Brown the beef in a skillet, breaking into crumbles and until no longer pink. Season with 1 of the seasoning packets from Ramen package. Remove with slotted spoon onto towel lined plate to absorb grease. Drain grease from pan.

Step 2

Using same skillet, combine 2 cups water, vegetables, noodles (broken up), the other seasoning packet, and ginger. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 3 minutes. Return beef to skillet. Stir in green onion.
