Ingredients
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 1 beef chuck shoulder roast (3#)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 c sherry
- 1 c water
- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
- 1 pkg noodles (12 oz), cooked per directions
Preparation
Step 1
Brown roast on all sides in oil; drain.
Step 2
Place meat and remaining ingredients in slow cooker.
Step 3
Cook on LOW 8 hours. Serve over noodles
