Ingredients

  • 1 T vegetable oil
  • 1 beef chuck shoulder roast (3#)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 c sherry
  • 1 c water
  • 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
  • 1 pkg noodles (12 oz), cooked per directions

Preparation

Step 1

Brown roast on all sides in oil; drain.

Step 2

Place meat and remaining ingredients in slow cooker.

Step 3

Cook on LOW 8 hours. Serve over noodles
