Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sambal
- ½ cup orange juice
- chicken cut into thin strips (1 breast will yeild about 8-10 strips)
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 cup Panko bread crumb
- 1 cup shredded coconut

Preparation
Step 1
In a sauce pan add ketchup, honey, sambal and orange juice. Reduce on low for about 5 minutes, set aside.
heat deep pan on medium heat with oil filled about 1 inch
Salt and pepper the chicken
Dredge the chicken in eggs
then dredge the chicken in panko bread crumbs and coconut mixture
drop the chicken in the hot oil and fry until golden brown
