  • 5 cups water
  • 5 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 cup salt
  • 3 tbsp cream of tartar
  • 10 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4-5 drops of food colouring (any colour)

Preparation

Step 1

mix water salt cream of tartar and colouring, cook on medium heat stirring regularly until hot

Step 2

add oil stir in four 1 cup at a time mix as u go

Step 3

mix dough until it is not sticky and pulls away from pan

Step 4

place on counter and let cool but not all the way. kneed dough until well mixed

Step 5

store in air dry container or bag
