- 1 c. margarine/butter, melted
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- additional 2 c. powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix melted butter, 1/2 c. powdered sugar and vanilla.
Step 2
Mix in flour and salt until dough forms and holds together.
Step 3
Shape dough into 1" balls and place about 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for10-12 minutes until set, but not browned.
Step 4
Put 2 c. powdered sugar into a medium bowl. Roll balls in powdered sugar while still warm. Then set to cool. After cool, roll in powdered sugar again.
