Classic Tiramisu done LITE
By nickelet11
So I've made my Pumpkin Tiramisu many times now, and thought the time was well over-do for a more classic version of the popular dessert. I'm proud to announce that this recipe is even better than the pumpkin version and tastes so close to the classic/traditional dessert, that I will be making it for our holiday feast with relatives! (and in an Italian family, that's saying A LOT!)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the coffee, 2 tbsp Splenda, and vanilla in a small bowl. Set aside.
Blend the egg, egg whites, 1/4 cup Splenda, yogurt, and rum until frothy. Add the cream cheese into the blender and blend on low until uniform throughout.
Lay half of the lady fingers in a 8x8 square dish. Pour half of the coffee mixture on top to soak the cookies. Layer half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cookies. Repeat for a second layer.
Garnish with some cocoa powder or cinnamon sprinkled on top.
Refrigerate overnight. (This is IMPORTANT, as the cream mixture needs to firm up for at least 8 hours.)
