Moong Dal Dosa ( Green lentil dosa)

Ingredients
- 1) 1 cup green moong dal ( washed and soake for atleat 4 hours)
- 2) 2 tbsp gram flour ( besan)
- 3) Fresh coriander leaves ( 1/4 cup)
- 4) 2 green chillies chopped ( optional)
- 5) 1/2 of an small sized onion.
- 6) Salt to taste
- 7) Oil for roasting and mixing with batter.

Preparation
Step 1
1) Soak moong dal after thoroughly washing it.( for atleast 4 hurs)
2) Drain the water from the soaked moong dal.
3)Grind green chillies, onion, corainder leaves moon dal to a coarse paste in a mixer.Add some water to grind the mixture well.
4)Feel the mixture between fingers it should be grainy not too mashed up.
5)Place the mixture in a mixing bowl, add the gram flour, salt , 1/2 tsp oil,add around 1/2 cup of water to bring it to a spreading consistency.
6)Heat a non stick pan on medium heat.Take it off the flame, add one ladle of the batter and spread with back of ladle in a circular fashion.( Like you spread pancakes but much more spread out).Let some water evaporate, add few drops of oil, or spray some oil on the dosa, and bush it all across with a silicone brush.Now with back of spaula spread excess batter all across.Now when you see its cooked from everywhere and started to brown flip it over an cook for 1-2 minutes.
7)Remember to scrape off any excess batter stuck to pan after every dosa,so it doesn't burn.
8) Serve hot with coriander coconut or mint chutnesy
