- 1/2 tbs garlic powder
- 1/2 tbs black pepper
- 1 tbs onion powder
- 1 tbs accent
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup worcestershire

Step 1
soak meat over night
cut in to thin slices with the grain

bake on cookie sheet or directly on rack for 8-10 hrs
turn while baking in sheet
bake at 125-150 degrees
