Ingredients
- One 12-inch pizza crust, ready to bake
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil (or spray)
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce (store bought)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella, divided in half
- 1 cup Roasted Chicken, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup broccoli, florettes only, cut into 1-inch pieces (see Helpful Tips)
- 1/2 cup red pepper, seeded and sliced lengthwise into 1/4-inch strips
- 1/4 tsp oregano
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F with baking rack in the middle of the oven. Lightly brush or spray olive oil on pizza crust.
Step 2
Spread tomato sauce on pizza crust up to 1 inch from the edge. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella over the sauce. Add the roasted chicken and vegetables over the cheese and top with the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella. Sprinkle on the oregano (optional).
Step 3
Bake the pizza directly on the rack until the crust is golden brown, the cheese is melted and the vegetables are cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
