Ingredients

  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1 c. Cornmeal
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients together.

Step 2

Add melted butter, egg, and milk.

Step 3

Stir until just moistened.

Step 4

Cook immediately at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
