Ingredients
- CAKE
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 c flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- MIX TOPPING
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c cocoa
- 1 1/2 c water

Preparation
Step 1
mix in an 8 in square pan: sugar, flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa
Step 2
add milk, vanilla, and butter. spread evenly in pan
Step 3
mix together mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Do NOT mix.
Step 4
add 1 1/2 c water over the top. Do Not Mix.
Step 5
bake for 45 min at 350 F. server warm
