Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese softened
  • 1 10 1/2 ounce can of chili without beans
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups of diced green, orange, red or yellow peppers
  • 1 8 ounce package of montrey jack shredded cheese
  • Tortilla Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Spread the softened cream cheese in the bottom of a 10 inch pie plate or casserole dish
Spread chili over the top of the cream cheese
Sprinkle with diced peppers
Top with cheese
Back at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and dip is heated thru
Serve with tortilla chips
