- 1 (5 lb) ducklings
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon powdered ginger

Step 1
Wash and dry duckling

Combine remaining ingredients and brush inside and out over duckling; let stand for 1 hour, turning occasionally

Preheat oven at 350
