  • 220 g whole wheat fettuccine , uncooked
  • 2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Creamy Caesar Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 90 g ham steak , cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese

Step 1

Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding peas to the boiling water for the last 3 min.


Meanwhile, beat cream cheese spread, dressing and flour in medium saucepan with whisk until well blended. Gradually stir in milk. Add ham; cook on medium-low heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.


Drain pasta mixture; return to saucepan. Add cream cheese sauce; mix lightly. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Top with parsley and Parmesan.

SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve this dish with a crisp mixed green salad topped with your favourite Kraft Calorie-Wise Dressing.
