  • 2 1/2 lbs. steak
  • 1 t. garlic powder
  • 3 T. butter
  • 3 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. Steak sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, add garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and steak sauce. Stir till well mixed and heat to a boiling point. Meanwhile place the steak on the broiler pan. Remove the sauce from the heat as it reaches the boiling point and brush top of steak well, being sure that it is covered with sauce. Place 3 inches below heat and cook 5 minutes, turn and cover other side with sauce and cook 5 minutes.
