Ingredients
- 2 lb. Boneless Pork Shoulder Roast (Sirloin Roast)
- Salt - To Taste
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/3 cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
- 1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Honey

Step 1
Season the pork with salt, garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Place in crock pot. Mix broth and vinegar and pour over pork, then pour the honey over and set for 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
Step 2
Remove from crock pot and ladle 1/2 cup broth mixture over shredded up pork.
