Cheese Paté

A blend of cheddar and soft cheese makes a good paté, suitable for vegetarians too.

Ingredients
- 100 Gram Reduced fat cheddar cheese, grated (3 1/2 oz)
- 100 Gram Skimmed milk soft cheese (3 1/2 oz)
- 2 Tablespoon Fresh chives, chopped
- 1/2 Lemon, zest only
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the cheeses with 1 tablespoon of the chives and the lemon zest.
Step 2
Wrap in greaseproof paper and shape into a roll. Chill for an hour.
Step 3
Roll in the remaining chives, cut into slices and serve with salad and vegetable sticks.
