1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup shortening
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together sugars, margarine and shortening. Add egg and vanilla. Stir together flour, soda and salt and add to batter. Blend well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheets. Bake at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes.
