Buttermilk Pie

- 2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup buttermilk

Step 1
In large mixing bowl combine sugar and flour.
Step 2
In small bowl beat three eggs; add to sugar mixture. Proceed to add vanilla, salt, nutmeg and butter. Lastly add buttermilk.
Step 3
Mix ingredients well then pour into one 9" pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min, then reduce temperature to 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
Sprinkle top lightly with cinnamon for a pretty and tasty look.
