Lemonade

Wonderfully refreshing on a hot summer's day, make this well in advance and chill well.

Ingredients
- 6 Lemons, zest and juice plus slices for garnish
- 2 Oranges, zest and juice
- 225 Gram Caster sugar (8 oz)
- 600 ml Boiling water (1 pint)
- Sprig Mint, for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Put the juices and zests into a large heat-proof jug and add the sugar. Pour on the boiling water and stir every now and then until cold.
Step 2
Chill well before serving garnished with lemon slices and a sprig of mint.
