Mary's One In A Million Pecan Pie
This pecan pie has gotten me many compliments over the years. It has everything you'd ask for with just a tiny bit extra to bring it over the top!!

Ingredients
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoons rum extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoons maple extract
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1 9" crust

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter and extracts using a spoon. Stir in pecans.
Step 2
Pour filling into pie crust. Bake on center rack of oven for 60-70 minutes or until done.
If crust starts to burn cover edges with foil.
If using frozen pie crust, place cookie sheet in oven and preheat as directed. Pour filling into crust and bake on preheated cookie sheet.
