  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce salt pepper sugar 1cup shredded swiss cheese 3 hard cooked eggs sliced 1/2 pound bacon crisp cooked drained and crumbled 2 cups torn leaf lettuce 1 to 10 ounce frozen peas thawed 3/4 cup mayonnaise 2tbsp sliced green onion with tops

Preparation

Step 1

place lettuce in bottom of large bowl. sprinkle with salt pepper and sugar. Top with 1/2 cup cheese standing egg slices on edge if desired. next order in layer 1/2 of the bacon the lettuce and the peas. spread mayonnaise over top. sealing to edge of bowl.

Step 2

Cover and chill 24 hours or overnight. Garnish with remaining cheese bacon and green onion. Toss before seving.
